Job Opportunity:
Accounting & Administrative Manager (Multi-Company Role) We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Accountant / Administrative Manager to support the administrative and financial management of three growing companies , while also assisting with the personal finance organization of the founder.
This is a central and trusted role , ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain broad exposure across multiple businesses.
Role Overview You will act as the main point of coordination for accounting and administrative matters across three companies. While the scope covers multiple entities, the actual accounting workload is streamlined , as operations involve limited paperwork and efficient processes.
This role combines responsibilities that are often split across several positions, offering strong learning and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate accounting and administrative activities for 3 companies
Organize and maintain financial, legal, and administrative documentation
Track costs and expenses by project
Monitor invoices, payments, and expense reports
Support budgeting and financial follow-up
Coordinate with external advisors (accountants, tax consultants, payroll)
Assist with the organization of the founder’s personal finances
Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant work experience
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience with Sage Despacho and/or Sage 200 (highly preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Eager to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
Ability to work independently and manage multiple entities
High level of discretion and reliability
Work Modality Hybrid to remote (flexible, based on candidate profile and location)
Training & Development If experience is limited, additional training will be provided to the right candidate
Opportunity to grow into a senior or managerial role over time
Compensation €24,000 – €30,000 gross per year , depending on experience and seniority
