Role Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for an administrative / accountant role. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and comfortable handling financial and administrative responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsabilities
Accounting:
· Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records
· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Prepare and issue invoices
· Perform bank reconciliations
· Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
· Support preparation of financial reports and documentation
· Maintain expense tracking and cost control records
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
Administrative:
· Manage and organize documentation and filing systems
· Provide general administrative and office support
· Coordinate with external providers (accountants, auditors, suppliers)
· Handle correspondence and internal communications
· Assist with contract administration and data entry
· Support management with administrative tasks
Qualifications
· Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
· Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred
· Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Experience with accounting software is an advantage
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Good communication and multitasking abilities
