About the Role
We are looking for an Operations & Events Manager to join a Global Association of Senior Executives. This role combines operations, administration, and relationship management, working closely with around 80 senior leaders.
The position requires a hands-on, organised, and people-oriented profile who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering high-quality events and maintaining strong relationships with members.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
Coordinate with all areas of the organization to ensure smooth operations
Act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners (including accounting firms)
Support administrative processes such as invoicing, payments tracking, and documentation
Ensure financial and administrative workflows are properly managed (e.g., VAT filings, reporting, documentation preparation)
Prepare presentations and support quarterly reporting activities
Member Relations
Build and maintain relationships with approximately 80 senior executives globally
Provide ongoing support to members, acting as a reliable and professional point of contact
Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness in all interactions
Events Management
Plan and coordinate events (both virtual and in-person), including logistics, venues, and catering
Manage end-to-end event execution, ensuring a high-quality experience
Support facilitation and, when needed, act as moderator during sessions
Coordinate with speakers, attendees, and external providers
Requirements
Proven experience in operations, administration, and/or event management roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience handling invoicing, payments, and administrative processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fully remote and international environment
Fluent English (B2–C1 required)
