Lux Nomads is a premium global relocation and lifestyle brand producing unforgettable, high-touch experiences for our approved clients and internal team across Europe.

We are launching our inaugural  Lux Nomads Client Gala in Spain,  the first of many annual, international events, and we are seeking a  Head of Events & Luxury Experiences  to own and execute these moments at the highest level.

This is  not  an entry-level or coordination role.
This is a  senior, creative, execution-focused position  for someone who has planned and led luxury, high-profile, or large-scale international events and thrives working directly with a visionary Founder.

About the Role

You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Lux Nomads’ international events, beginning with our flagship client gala and expanding into company retreats, VIP experiences, and exclusive member events across Europe.

You will act as both:

The architect of the event experience
The Founder’s right hand and protector during live events

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Translating the Founder’s vision into cinematic, luxury event experiences
Planning and executing international events across Europe (Spain-based to start)
Sourcing and managing premium venues, vendors, production teams, and entertainment
Managing timelines, contracts, budgets, and logistics end-to-end
Directing videographers and photographers to capture high-impact brand content
Collaborating with marketing to elevate brand authority and storytelling
Managing on-site execution and troubleshooting discreetly and flawlessly
Protecting the Founder’s time, energy, and presence during live events

This Role Is For You If You…

Have  5+ years  experience in luxury, celebrity, gala, or large-scale events
Have executed  international events  and are comfortable working across borders
Are deeply connected in the luxury vendor and production world
Understand branding, content, and how events drive authority and perception
Are calm under pressure, xiphteb polished, discreet, and decisive
Love owning outcomes — not waiting for instructions
Thrive working closely with a high-vision Founder

Contract & Compensation
