• Property Listings for Rentals

  Identify and secure exclusive luxury properties for rentals in La Moraleja´s most desirable areas. Negotiate mediation agreements with property owners. Collect and verify all necessary property documentation for listings.

• Relationship Management

  Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners, providing ongoing advisory and ensuring proactive, high-quality communication. Offer a personalized experience for both landlords and tenants, addressing their unique needs with professionalism and discretion.

• End-to-End Rental Cycle Management

  Guide clients (tenants) through the rental process from initial inquiry to post-completion, delivering a seamless, luxury service experience. Offer creative solutions to overcome challenges and close deals aligning with landlords’ and tenants’ interests.

• Marketing and Promotion

  Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure each property is promoted with high-quality visual and written content, maximizing exposure and occupancy. Conduct property visits with prospective clients, showcasing each property’s premium features.

• CRM and Database Management

  Keep the CRM updated with client requirements and market trends, maintaining a personal client database aligned with company standards:
  track occupancy rates

• Proven experience in the real estate sector, ideally in luxury rentals and Madrid's market.
• Strong business acumen in real estate, legal, and financial processes related to rentals.
• Proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to meet the high standards of national and international clients.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to working within a dynamic, international team.
