Main Responsibilities

Deep knowledge of Sotogrande and its prime residential zones to identify, value, and list premium properties.

Gather and verify all necessary documentation, ensuring mediation agreements and commission policies are correctly applied.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and proactive communication.

Manage the entire client journey — from the first contact to successful completion and beyond.

Keep our CRM and personal database consistently updated and aligned with sales and commercial goals.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in the real estate sector, ideally with a deep understanding of Sotogrande’s market and its most prestigious communities.

Solid grasp of real estate operations, legal frameworks, and financial processes.

High level of fluency in English and Spanish.

Professional, polished, and confident, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented, financially driven, and capable of thriving in a multicultural environment.

Organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with a genuine “can-do” approach.

Exceptional standards of customer service, ideally with experience handling discerning local and international clients.
