A Snapshot of Your Day  Join Siemens Energy as a Regional Business Partner in our Regional Accounting Hub, where your expertise will shine! In this strategic role, you will be a key advisor to business units, supporting accounting departments across the region. You will ensure compliance with IFRS standards, manage complex accounting topics, and liaise with auditors and HQ on technical matters.

As an RBP, you will provide expert guidance on non‑routine and highly technical accounting issues, take ownership of significant transactions, and deliver training sessions to enhance IFRS knowledge across our financial community. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting while driving process improvements and ensuring strong governance.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface between accounting and the business, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Take ownership of accounting governance, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy and IFRS guidelines.

Establish and maintain a robust, business‑focused process, acting as a quality gate to support key stakeholders.

Contribute to the development and dissemination of IFRS knowledge, delivering targeted training to finance and accounting teams.

Drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, optimizing and harmonizing accounting and reporting processes.

Conduct in‑depth technical research and perform analytical reviews, preparing high‑quality reports on complex topics.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (or equivalent), with strong technical accounting and problem‑solving skills.

Extensive experience in assessing complex, non‑routine accounting issues, particularly in a multinational environment.

Collaborative, strong critical thinking with sound professional judgment.

Ability to stay ahead of evolving IFRS standards and regulatory developments.

A proactive mindset, continuously identifying opportunities for process optimization and challenging the status quo.

Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
