Study Compete USA is a global sports agency that helps international student-athletes get recruited by US universities and earn athletic scholarships. We research universities that fit each athlete, promote them to college coaches, and handle the process from first contact to signing, including NCAA eligibility and admissions paperwork. We specialize in tennis, track and field, swimming, and golf.
About the role  We’re looking for well-connected people who can find talented athletes interested in studying and competing in the USA and introduce them to our team. You find and connect with the athlete, and we handle the recruitment process from there. You earn a commission for every athlete who signs with us.
This is a flexible, remote role that you can do alongside your main job or studies.
What you’ll do   Identify promising athletes in tennis, track and field, swimming, and golf through competition results, rankings, clubs and social media
Introduce our agency to athletes and parents and explain the opportunity from your own experience
Refer interested athletes to our team for an introductory call
Build relationships with coaches, clubs, schools and federations in your region
Keep us updated on the athletes you are in contact with
Who we’re looking for   Preferably a former college athlete in the USA, so you can speak first‑hand about the experience, scholarships and student life
A strong network in at least one of our sports (tennis, track and field, swimming, or golf). We also consider athletes from other sports if you tell us which sport and how you’re connected to it
Good English communication skills and a professional tone
Comfortable reaching out to people on Instagram, and email
Self‑motivated and able to work independently
Compensation   Commission for every athlete who signs with us through your referral
Bonus per 5 signed athletes
No cap on earnings
Commission is paid when the athlete signs
