Architect - Technical Development & Project Coordination

Location: Castro e Marzán

Rôck&Villa is looking for an Architect (Technical Development & Project Coordination) to join our studio in Palma de Mallorca.

We are seeking an architect who is comfortable working across both technical development and project coordination, combining a strong ability to produce high-quality technical drawings with the capacity to coordinate and lead projects from beginning to end.

The role is designed for a strong mid–senior profile who enjoys developing projects in depth, translating design concepts into clear and refined technical documentation, and progressively taking responsibility for the overall coordination of projects. You will work closely with the founders on high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, within a growing studio with international visibility.

The Role

• Development of architectural and interior design projects from early stages through execution

• Preparation and coordination of detailed technical and construction drawings, including interior design packages

• Translation of design concepts into aesthetically strong, clear, and precise technical documentation

• Coordination of assigned projects, acting as a key point of contact from the studio

• Communication with clients, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and external collaborators

• Coordination of timelines, technical information, and deliverables across different project phases

• Involvement in leading projects end-to-end, depending on experience and project scope

• Close collaboration with the founders and the rest of the studio team

Profile we are looking for

• Qualified architect

• 8–15 years of professional experience

• Strong experience in technical development and execution

• Strong eye for interior design and attention to detail

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Archi

CAD or Revit

• Ability to produce well-structured, visually clear, and accurate technical drawings

• Comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with project coordination responsibilities

• Organised, proactive, and reliable

• Confident in collaborative and client-facing environments

• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Experience in hospitality projects is desirable
