A comprehensive list of EASA approved training programs and extensive experience on the market allow us to meet the training needs of the global aviation.

At the moment we are looking to grow our team of experienced and qualified Flight Instructors for Initial Pilot training in Lleida, Spain.

Our instructors:

Provide hands-on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground. This involves teaching fundamental flying or theory skills.

Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs.

Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on emergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.

Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses.

Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours, and instructional activities. Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Stay current with aviation regulations and ensure that all training activities adhere to applicable laws and standards set by aviation authorities.
