Manage, align & work with the team members of your pod including Google strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist.

Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.

Maintain data integrity of your clients across Statlas.

Be responsible for the execution of the Prophet system for your clients.

Build a Growth Forecast for your clients (Growth map, Data Analysis, Marketing calendar alignment).

Perform daily execution and actualisation vs the forecast; deconstruct and adjust projections to meet KPIs.

Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans for the future; pivot quickly as an early adopter.

Lead in situations that present any obstacle to execution; solve problems with creative and resilient approaches.

Implement CTC's Meta best practices; build campaigns using our structure and best practices.

Monitor active campaigns and adjust budgets and strategy to ensure best possible chance of hitting daily projected targets.

Implement tests in your accounts to beat best‑performing campaigns.

Ensure a 5% delta to the forecast and daily alignment with the client & strategy.

Ensure above‑benchmark client satisfaction and follow the Prophet system execution to 100% within required timelines.

Deliver all work based on the timeline assigned with optimal quality & attention to detail.

Champion communication: keep the client aligned on the Growth Map goals and next steps, send daily performance updates, and provide weekly updates on strategy calls.

Contribute learnings back to the system for continuous improvement; collaborate in ideas and learning across teams.

Achieve certification and confidence in our ideology by the end of training, ensuring precise execution of the Prophet system.

Consistently deliver high‑accuracy performance within a 5% delta across the Prophet system's Growth Map and Statlas.

Lead and collaborate with your team to optimize productivity and maintain high‑performance standards.

Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results, maintaining client satisfaction above benchmark rates.

Adhere to rigorous quality standards in client feedback, forecasting, media buying decisions, and system execution.

Meet all deadlines and budget requirements, ensuring timely and on‑target performance.

Contribute valuable ideas to team discussions and company‑wide content, supporting growth and innovation.

Qualifications

Fluent in English, with proven ability to communicate persuasively and present ideas clearly to various stakeholders.

Skilled in crafting thoughtful, empathetic client messaging that resonates, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence.

Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling presentations that drive engagement and decision‑making.

Strong raw talent for data analysis, with an eagerness to learn and improve.

Familiarity with data tools, including Google Sheets, and flexibility to develop advanced skills through on‑the‑job experience.
