Now, we’re looking for a  Night Travel Manager   to join our Back Office team and ensure that our clients’ needs are met flawlessly — even while the world sleeps.

Your Role:
As a  Night Travel Manager  , you’ll be the magic behind seamless overnight travel and lifestyle support. From securing last-minute reservations to coordinating urgent travel needs, you’ll be the reliable and proactive point of contact for our international clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and manage overnight client requests for travel and lifestyle services
Book and modify accommodation, transfers, and transportation services globally
Source rates and offers from suppliers and service partners
Arrange restaurant reservations, event tickets, and entertainment bookings
Organize and confirm vehicle rentals and private transfers
Maintain accurate booking records and process payments
Collaborate with the operations team for seamless request fulfillment
Stay current on global travel trends, rules, and restrictions

What You Bring:

1+ year of experience   in the travel, tourism, or concierge industry
Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian (spoken and written) and Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Excellent formal communication skills, judgment and discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle non-standard situations
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
A team player with a "no task is too small" attitude
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Confident PC skills (especially MS Office)
A proactive mindset with a desire to go the extra mile for the client
Personal travel experience is a plus!

Shift Schedule (Rotating Weekly):
Week 1

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday — 18:00 to 09:00 CET

• Sunday — Full day
Week 2

• Tuesday, Thursday — 18:00 to 09:00 CET

• Saturday — Full day
