Junior Recruiter at Kreios Space
, you will support the growth of our team by helping attract and engage talented professionals across engineering, technical and business functions.

You will learn how to identify specialised talent, build candidate pipelines and collaborate with hiring managers while contributing to the recruitment of professionals shaping the future of Space.

Assist in managing recruitment processes for technical and business roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.

Support sourcing activities through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels to identify potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Develop an understanding of engineering and technical profiles across areas such as electronics, software, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, propulsion and satellite technologies.

Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining regular communication.

Work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and support recruitment activities.

Help build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools for future hiring needs.

Track recruitment activity, maintain accurate data and support initiatives to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience recruiting technical and engineering profiles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

• Experience using Linked In Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
• Interest in aerospace, engineering, space or deeptech industries.

• Hands-on experience recruiting highly specialised technical talent.
