Asistente de Reclutamiento y Selección de Personal​/Talent Acquisition Assistant

Protecniumis an international firm specializing in engineering and technical services (). We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team in Mérida, Badajoz, Extremadura.

- Contract:

Temporary, through Protecnium España. This role is to provide temporary cover for an employee on leave for approximately 2 to 4 months. Depending on performance and business needs, there may be an opportunity to remain with the company permanently.

- Language and Level

Required:

English, High-Intermediate (B2), Advanced C1 (Must)

- Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, 2 hours of lunch break between 2 pm and 4 pm. 100% office based- (Friday afternoon is remote)

-Provide recruitment support for various vacancies across heavy civil construction projects in Spain and internationally—including the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada—as needed.

-Assist ongoing hiring processes through foundational tasks such as posting job openings on sourcing platforms, screening resumes, conducting language filters, and identifying potentially qualified candidates for active searches.

-Support with administrative tasks such as:

• Updating the candidate database and the ATS constantly.
• Prepare and refine CVs, ensuring consistent formatting and alignment with company standards.
• Any other that may arise.

-Developing and maintaining a talent pool of qualified candidates for various areas and positions, addressing both short- and long-term staffing needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar field.
• Some experience in Recruiting/ Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools (Linked In Recruiter), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR softwares.
• A high-intermediate (B2), advanced level (C1) of English.
