Permanent and Temporary

Shift: 40h/week (8h/day, 5 days/week)
Rotational Monday-Sunday | 08:****:00
Responsibilities   Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with bookings, account issues, and general inquiries
Follow internal processes and elevate cases when needed
Deliver service with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
Represent the  brand and ensure top customer satisfaction
Your Profile   Native/fluent in Croatian
English C1 and above
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills
Basic computer literacy
EU citizenship or a Residence Card with Full Market Access
