Would you like to join an international fashion and footwear brand in a dynamic customer service environment?
At Foundever, we are looking for a native or bilingual Portuguese speaker with an advanced level of English to join our Madrid team as a Customer Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
Support customers via phone, chat, and email
Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, invoices, and claims
Deliver an excellent customer experience
Perform administrative and back-office customer support tasks

What We Are Looking For :
Native or bilingual Portuguese
Advanced English level (minimum C1)
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is valued
Legal eligibility to work in Spain
Training
Paid training included in the contract
Duration: 5 days

Schedule:

09:00 – 18:00
