Ozelle is a diagnostic technology company advancing the fourth generation of hematology analysis through AI × Complete Blood Morphology (AI × CBM). Our systems are deployed globally in medical and veterinary markets, with operations including Frankfurt, Germany.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated IVD Country Sales Manager to lead the growth of our IVD business in Spain & Portugal. This role will focus on market expansion, business development, and leading the local sales team to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the IVD sector in Spain & Portugal.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, and key healthcare organizations to expand the sales network and drive business growth.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead, coach, and motivate the local sales team to meet and exceed targets, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
Provide necessary training, sales tools, and support to optimize sales efforts, and collaborate with marketing to promote the Ozelle brand through local events and campaigns.
Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in IVD sales or marketing, with a proven track record of success in market development and team management.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Science, Medical Devices, Marketing, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of the local IVD market, healthcare regulations, and customer needs.
Fluency in both Spanish and English.
Willingness to travel frequently across the country and neighboring countries (if necessary) to support business development and maintain client relationships.
Healthcare diagnostics is shifting from centralized labs to everyday clinical use. This requires solving hard problems: keeping systems reliable across diverse environments, simplifying complex biological data, and scaling diagnostic intelligence.
