Exlabesa is seeking an IT Technician to work on-site at our Valga (Pontevedra) office, with the following responsibilities:

Support and development of CRM / ERP environments

Implementation of BI tools

Development of software applications for project management

VBA programming

Resolving queries and issues, providing training, preparing manuals, and implementing improvements in the ERP

Developing tools to manage projects and tasks

Improving client area operations

Developing BI tools to enhance management and commercial control

Exploiting the CRM for reporting and dashboards

Requirements:

Residence in the Santiago / Pontevedra area

Qualification in Computer Systems and Networks or similar

Previous experience in CRM and ERP management and support

Knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases

Experience managing VLANs and Firewalls

Availability to travel

Knowledge of English

Experience in the aluminium sector

We offer:

Permanent, full-time contract

Working hours:

08:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00
