EMEA Channel Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a Channel Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our EMEA Channel Sales representatives and effectively responding to customer queries.

Responsibilities
  • Help the sales team improve their productivity by managing administrative tasks between them and customers.
  • Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and verify that orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and all orders are on time.
  • Provide assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems as needed.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems and provide information and guides to help the sales team.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc support tasks and exercises as per business requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment in sales activities.
  • Communicate openly and professionally with colleagues, sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interaction with colleagues to build trust.
Qualifications
  • CFGS/Degree in Administration or similar.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Advanced English speaker.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Motivational skills and multicultural experience.
