Next Job Abroad is currently recruiting Danish-speaking Travel Assistance Coordinators for our client’s international travel assistance team in Fuengirola, Spain.
We are looking for a customer-focused professional who will be the first point of contact for travelers experiencing unexpected situations while abroad. Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, providing guidance on travel insurance coverage, opening and managing cases in internal systems, coordinating with clinics, hospitals, and assistance partners, organising flights, hotels or medical transport when required, and ensuring travelers receive the assistance they need in stressful situations.
RoleSummary
This fast-paced role operates 24/7 with day, evening, and night shift rotations.
Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls and emails from travelers worldwide.
- Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage.
- Open and manage cases in internal systems.
- Coordinate with clinics, hospitals and assistance partners.
- Organise flights, hotels or medical transport when required.
- Ensure travellers receive the assistance they need in stressful situations.
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable working in shift rotations (day, evening, night).
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new tools.
- Additional languages considered a plus.
