A warm and welcoming family based in Girona is seeking a professional, reliable, and caring nanny-governess to care for their two children — a little boy aged 1½ and a girl aged 4. The family values structure, creativity, and a calm, nurturing atmosphere that encourages independence and joy in learning. Both parents have busy professional lives and are looking for someone trustworthy who can provide consistency, warmth, and thoughtful guidance in the children’s daily routines.

The nanny will provide attentive, high-quality care, ensuring that both children are safe, happy, and thriving.

Managing morning and evening routines and supporting the family with weekend activities and plans.

Supporting nap and bedtime routines; assisting with sleep training for the younger child

Engaging both children in age-appropriate and educational activities

Encouraging good manners, social skills, and emotional awareness

Providing behavioural support and guidance

Preparing nutritious meals for the children

The ideal candidate will be an experienced childcare professional who combines kindness, structure, and creativity.

Previous experience caring for babies and preschool-aged children in a private household or early-years setting

Montessori, Early Years, or pedagogical training is highly desirable

A native English speaker is desirable. Spanish or Catalan would be an advantage

Musical or artistic skills (e.g., piano, guitar, or drawing) would be highly appreciated

Reliable, positive, and able to establish consistent routines

Confident managing both individual and shared playtime

Eligible to work in Spain and committed to a long-term role

Driving license
