Business Controller; FP&A

The Role

We are looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team in Granada, supporting the Group Head of Finance. This role combines controlling and FP&A responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with strong financial expertise, business acumen, and a passion for driving performance in a SaaS environment.

• Deliver management reporting
  , KPIs
  , and financial analysis (SaaS metrics: MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV).
• Support budgeting
  , forecasting
  , and variance
  analysis processes.
• Partner with business units across Europe to improve profitability and support strategic decisions
  .
• Build and maintain models and dashboards in Excel and Power BI to enhance financial visibility.
• Contribute to special projects such as due diligence, process improvements, and financial tool enhancements.

• 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Transaction Services.
• Background in Big Four (Transaction Services / Deal Advisory / Audit) highly valued.
• Strong business acumen with both analytical and strategic capabilities.
• SaaS or technology industry experience is a plus.
• International or multi-country exposure.
• Excellent skills in Excel and Power BI (must-have).
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, with strong communication and business partnering skills.

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related, preferably with a specialization in financial analysis, controlling, or corporate finance
.

English: Fluent / professional level (mandatory).

French: A plus.

• Hybrid working model
  : 3 days in our Granada office, 2 days from home.
• Occasional European travel (up to 5 times/year) to collaborate with colleagues and partners.
