This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build a career in enablement, sales operations, or go-to-market strategy. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement, this role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Rev Ops to support onboarding, training coordination, content management, and enablement program delivery.

The Specialist will play a key role in ensuring sellers have a consistent, high-quality experience across learning programs and sales tools. This role is execution-focused, with clear opportunities to grow into owning programs over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in delivering onboarding programs to support new seller ramp and readiness. Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, communications, and tracking attendance/completion. Support the development and maintenance of enablement materials (presentations, guides, playbooks). Ensure training content is organized, up to date, and easily accessible. Partner closely with the Sr. Manager to support rollout of continuous learning programs (product, sales skills, tools).
  • Content & Knowledge Management:
Maintain and organize sales content within enablement platforms. Support content governance processes, including updates and version control. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure materials reflect current messaging and offerings.
  • Sales Tools & Technology Adoption:
Provide first-line support for enablement and sales tools (e.g., LMS, CRM, content platforms). Assist in onboarding sellers to new tools and processes. Create simple guides and training resources for systems and workflows. Partner with Rev Ops and IT to expedite issues and improve seller experience.
  • Measurement & Reporting:
Track training participation, completion rates, and engagement metrics. Support reporting on enablement activities and program effectiveness. Gather seller feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Rev Ops teams to support enablement initiatives. Act as a dependable point of contact for day-to-day coordination. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and adoption.
