Sariba AS is a Norwegian‑owned consulting house that makes everyday life easier and better for employees, managers and for those who work within HR. We have been doing this since we started up in 2000 and can proudly say that we have more than two decades of experience in doing just that.

We specialise in SAP HXM and SAP Success Factors and have one of Norway's most competent environments in these fields. In fact, we are so good at SAP that we have been named SAP Partner of the year for several years. Since we started over 20 years ago, we have grown, locations and the type of projects we take on. If you know SAP Success Factors EC and at least one additional Success Factors module (e.g., Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation) and you think our customers are most important to our shared future I wish you could request a transfer to Customer Excellence.

• You have 4‑5 years’ +++ experience as a senior consultant.
• Proven experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central implementation.
• Expertise in at least one additional Success Factors module (e.g., Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and cloud‑based HR solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities effectively.

It is also important to us that you are quality‑conscious and concerned about good deliveries. In your role, you will help our clients digitise their HR processes with the help of SAP Success Factors.
