Spanish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Spanish speaking consultant to join a dynamic and fast-growing team based on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, within the vibrant tourism industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a Spanish‑speaking professional to deliver world‑class vehicle rental services to travellers and tourists, acting as the first point of contact in their journey experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Spanish‑speaking customers with vehicle rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations in a professional and efficient manner.

Provide expert advice on available vehicle options, rental packages, insurance coverage, and tourism‑related add‑ons tailored to travellers' needs.

Process reservations and customer data accurately using internal booking and fleet management systems.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

Upsell and cross‑sell additional services such as GPS navigation, child seats, travel insurance, and extended rental agreements to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue.

Coordinate closely with airport transfer teams, tourism partners, and fleet management staff to guarantee smooth and timely vehicle handovers.

Stay up to date with local tourism attractions, travel routes, and destination knowledge in order to enrich the customer experience.

Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, contributing to a culture of service excellence within the tourism sector.

Requirements

Native or fluent Spanish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role.

Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement).

A strong customer service mindset with previous experience in tourism, hospitality, car rental, travel, or a related customer‑facing industry is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools; experience with booking or fleet management platforms is an advantage.

A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences to travellers and tourists.
