*** SAP Payroll Implementation Lead - Italy
***** Activities under your Responsibilities
*** Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup
* Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations
* Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks
* Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.
* Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
* Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery### ### ###
** What We Are Looking For
*** Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.
* In-depth knowledge of *
* * country
*** payroll regulations, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations.
* Fluent in English and
*** country language ,
*** with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
* Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
