We’re seeking a UI Website Designer who combines strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of user experience best practices. You’ll design engaging, accessible websites that bring senior living brands to life while ensuring exceptional usability for diverse audiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative, Copy, and Strategy teams to concept and design original website interface—from homepage concepts to interior page templates and campaign microsites. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading visual direction within brand guidelines, designing in Figma, and preparing design systems from which developers can easily build.

You’ll also partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, providing design specs, responsive behavior notes, and interaction guidance as needed.

• Design modern, responsive website interfaces for senior living operators, communities, and related clients.
• Develop full UI systems and page templates in Figma, maintaining consistency across layouts, grids, and components.
• Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, and developers throughout concepting, design, and build phases.
• Apply UX principles to improve user flows, lead generation, accessibility, and content hierarchy—especially for senior and family audiences.
• Contribute ideas to creative direction and present design concepts with clarity and confidence.
• Stay current with UI trends, accessibility standards, and best practices for inclusive design.

• 4+ years of professional UI design experience (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio that demonstrates original creative concepting, strong layout design, clean typography, and UX-driven decision making.
• Solid Figma skills (components, auto layout, design systems).
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and UX best practices.
• Working knowledge of mobile-friendly/first and responsive design, web grids, and how developers implement designs.
• Familiarity with Word Press

• A keen interest in, and experience with, brand strategy and design.
• Collaborative spirit—comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a creative team setting.
