Service Technician

En   Zoomlion México   , empresa global líder en maquinaria pesada, buscamos un Service Technician for Earthmoving.
1. Service Station Operations Support
Provide administrative, operational and resource coordination support for the daily operations of the service station;
Assist the Service Station Manager in coordinating personnel, vehicles, tools, equipment and other service resources.
2. Service Resource Management
Establish and maintain records of service station personnel, vehicles, tools, equipment and other service resources;
Coordinate the allocation and daily use of service resources and maintain accurate records of their status and utilization.
3. KPI & Service Data Management
Collect, consolidate, maintain and analyze service station operational and KPI data;
Prepare and submit service performance reports as required;
Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of service-related data and reports.
4. Service Reporting & Work Order Tracking
Regularly compile and consolidate service operation reports and ensure timely submission;
Track the progress of service work orders, particularly overdue work orders, and follow up with relevant personnel on outstanding actions;
Assist in recording, organizing and forwarding initial customer complaint information and following up on the progress of related cases.
5. Administrative & Material Management
Manage the procurement requests, distribution and inventory of office supplies, consumables and other service station materials;
Maintain material records and ensure proper inventory control to support daily service station operations.
6. Asset & Used Parts Management
Establish and maintain records for returned/used parts and track their collection, storage and disposal;
Assist in maintaining technical and asset records for used machinery, ensuring that asset information is complete, accurate and traceable.
7. Vehicle & Driver Management
Manage the daily use and scheduling of service station vehicles;
Arrange driver assignments based on service requirements and coordinate vehicle dispatching;
Monitor vehicle condition, maintenance and repair status and follow up on any issues;
Establish and maintain vehicle and driver records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years' of experience in similar positions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Live in Guadalajara.

Horario laboral:
Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 17:30 hrs.
