Role Overview
The Learning Video Production Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality video content that supports digital learning and corporate training initiatives. This role partners closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop engaging, instructionally sound content aligned with brand and learning standards. The position also supports learning technologies, including LMS administration and AI-enabled content development tools.

Key Responsibilities
Produce, edit, and deliver video content for e-learning and corporate training programs
Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into engaging video content
Manage video production tools, workflows, and related software
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and brand standards
Administer and support the Learn Worlds Learning Management System (LMS)
Operate and support AI-based content development tools in coordination with an external development partner
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Video Production, Instructional Design, or a related field
3+ years of professional experience in video production and editing
Proficiency with video editing and content development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline 360)
Exposure to AI-assisted content creation tools is preferred
Strong storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally
