Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in Jalisco, Mexico. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance, and financial management. Key duties include handling tenant inquiries, ensuring efficient property upkeep, coordinating repairs, managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

- Property management experience, knowledge of lease administration, and tenant relationship management
- Skills in financial management, budget planning, and expense tracking
- Experience in property maintenance coordination and vendor management
- Proven communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in property management software and general computer skills
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and best practices is beneficial
