Job Purpose:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be the primary link between Jingdong Mexico's corporate offices and the 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider. You will ensure operational excellence by driving vendor performance, maintaining high customer visibility, and achieving result-driven KPIs in a high-pressure, fast-moving fulfillment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

3PL Vendor Management:
Act as the daily point of contact for the 3PL provider. Monitor their execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and report key metrics (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and dispatch timeliness to the Jingdong Mexico Offices and Customers.
