Materials Manager – Hardware Inventory   Are you passionate about keeping operations running smoothly and making a real impact in the supply chain? HSV Operations is looking for a   Materials Manager   to manage hardware inventory at our contract manufacturer site, working with both   Palladium   and   Protium   products.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — performing on-site inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies in real time, and helping reduce excess inventory by coordinating market sales. You’ll also work closely with freight forwarders to ensure shipments and returns happen seamlessly, especially for urgent deliveries. Your work will directly improve inventory accuracy, reduce liability, and keep our supply chain moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do
Conduct inventory cycle counts and on-site audits at the contract manufacturer site, resolving discrepancies as they arise
Coordinate the sale of excess inventory to the open market to reduce inventory liability
Maintain supply chain databases to track component pricing, product costs, supplier contracts, and purchasing notes
Expedite materials and resolve shortages with vendors
Support purchasing activities, including PO creation, tracking past-due orders, and resolving discrepancies
Assist with logistics, shipment scheduling, and returns

What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management in the electronics manufacturing industry
Ability to commute to the contract manufacturer site as needed
Basic logistics knowledge
SAP experience
Fluency in   Spanish and English
