We’re looking for a Construction Field Engineer to join our team and be at the center of exciting, hands-on projects. This is a field-first role where you’ll gain real experience on job sites—working with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

What You’ll Do:

- Support daily field operations
- Assist with schedules, budgets, and quality control
- Communicate with clients and team members to keep projects moving
- Learn the full construction process from design through closeout

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 0–5 years of experience (internships count)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work on-site
