Descripción del trabajo
About Us   For over 50 years, Computime Group Limited has been a trusted name in engineering and manufacturing—recognized globally for quality, reliability, and innovation. What began as an engineering company in Hong Kong designing digital clock has evolved into a dynamic, diversified group with multiple business units spanning advanced technologies, manufacturing solutions, and proprietary brands.
Today, we are at a pivotal moment. While our roots remain strong, our future lies in innovation, digital transformation, and global leadership across multiple sectors. However, our public perception—especially among investors, analysts, and key stakeholders—still reflects our legacy as a traditional manufacturer.
We are now embarking on a bold corporate rebranding and digital transformation initiative to realign our identity with our evolved business model and future ambitions. We are seeking a Production Supervisor.
The Opportunity
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations on the shop floor, ensuring production plans are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with quality, environmental, and operational standards. This role manages direct labor teams, coordinates with cross-functional departments, and drives continuous improvement to achieve productivity, quality, delivery, and cost targets within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support production management in organizing and executing daily manufacturing activities; deploy and enforce company quality and environmental policies across the production floor.
Confirm 4M1E readiness (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) prior to production start in accordance with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Translate MPS into clear production plans and assignments for line leaders; control and monitor production progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Lead initiatives to improve production efficiency, equipment utilization, and product quality; ensure strict adherence to standard work and operating procedures.
Manage shop-floor operations by tracking production status, product quality, output targets, and demand changes; ensure production goals are met on schedule.
Supervise, coach, train, and develop production employees; build a disciplined, engaged, and high-performing team.
Monitor compliance with safety rules, labor regulations, and internal policies; respond effectively to incidents and deviations.
Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement using structured methodologies to address quality, efficiency, and delivery issues.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Maintenance, and HR to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
Technical degree or Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in shop-floor management within a manufacturing environment, preferably mechanical or electronics manufacturing.
Prior experience as a Production Supervisor in a foreign-owned or multinational manufacturing company is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of production processes, product quality standards, and manufacturing workflows, including production, logistics, and technical coordination.
Proven leadership experience managing production teams across shifts.
Solid knowledge of quality management, process optimization, and operational control.
Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.

What We Offer
Opportunity to work in a global electronics manufacturing environment with structured processes and growth opportunities.
Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the Guadalajara manufacturing market.
Leadership development and exposure to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Stable, safety-focused, and performance-driven plant culture.
Career growth opportunities within Operations and Manufacturing leadership paths.
