STAND 8 provides end-to-end IT solutions and staffing services to enterprise partners across North America, with operational presence in Mexico supporting a wide range of technology, engineering, and business roles.

We are looking for a Jr Technical Recruiter to join a collaborative global recruiting team, supporting the identification and placement of technical talent for enterprise organizations in Mexico and the US. This role plays a key part in strengthening talent pipelines, building candidate relationships, and contributing to overall recruiting success while fostering a healthy work-life balance and supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a brand representative for STAND 8 in all candidate interactions.
Maintain a strong understanding of STAND 8 recruiting processes, industry standards, and service offerings.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and placement opportunities.
Identify, engage, and recruit top IT talent through networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and creative outreach strategies.
Utilize job boards, Linked In, Boolean searching, and social media platforms to source qualified candidates.
Analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine appropriate matches.
Maintain accurate and detailed candidate information while delivering best-in-class customer service.
Collaborate effectively with team members across global locations to achieve hiring goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of end-to-end IT recruitment experience.
Excellent English communication skills, including negotiation and sales-oriented conversations.
Proven track record of delivering hiring results.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, passionate, and results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
