Mez Tal is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and confident Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support recruiting efforts for our U.S.
-based client, one of the largest food and facility services companies in the United States.
This role focuses on sourcing salaried professionals across multiple business functions. A key part of this position involves proactively reaching out to candidates in the United States through cold calling, Linked In outreach, and email communication. Therefore, the ideal candidate must have professional English skills and feel confident initiating conversations with English speakers.
We are looking for someone who is extroverted, comfortable speaking with new people, and eager to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition within a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source salaried candidates for professional and corporate roles across U.S. locations.
Conduct cold calls with candidates in the United States to introduce opportunities, assess interest, and build relationships.
Reach out to passive candidates via Linked In, email, and phone in English.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
Maintain accurate candidate activity and pipeline data in the ATS.
Represent Mez Tal professionally while providing a positive candidate experience.
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
2-4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting salaried positions.
Experience using sourcing tools like Indeed Resume Search, Linked In Recruiter, and ATS platforms
Professional English proficiency (required — daily communication with U.S.
-based candidates).
Comfortable making cold calls in English with candidates in the United States.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Extroverted personality and confidence initiating conversations with new people.
Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Highly Preferred
Experience sourcing for U.S.
-based roles or working with U.S. clients.
Experience using Linked In Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or similar tools.
Experience in agency recruiting or staffing environments.
Experience sourcing corporate or professional (non-hourly) roles.
