We support customers with end‑to‑end logistics solutions, including ocean & air freight, trucking, warehousing, customs brokerage, cargo insurance, and more.

✅ As a  Client Support Representative  , you’ll support assigned accounts and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. Manage  multiple daily communications  while maintaining service quality and accuracy
Support customers with quotes, booking confirmations, and shipment inquiries
Coordinate container tracking, returns, and per diem billing when applicable
✅ Full training and ongoing support are provided — you won’t be expected to know everything on day one )

Bachelor’s degree in  International Business  or equivalent experience
Around 1 year of experience  in an administrative, clerical, or customer support role (internships count!)
Comfortable using  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Advanced English  (written and spoken)

Full‑time | Monday–Friday
