Puesto: Client Service Representative (Temporary Full-Time)
At Supercap North America, part of the Crealis Group, we are looking for a  Customer Service Representative  to provide an outstanding experience to our customers while acting as a key link between clients and our internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery and service excellence in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional support and follow-up to national and international customers
Manage customer orders, quotations, and delivery schedules through ERP systems
Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery or product-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
Maintain accurate customer information, service records, and databases
Prepare quotations and commercial documentation in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines
Generate reports and support KPI monitoring related to customer service performance
Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processes
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while promoting a culture of responsiveness and service excellence

What We're Looking For

Degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Order Management, or a similar role
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
English proficiency and the ability to communicate with international customers
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
