Description:

We are seeking a Senior Test Case Writer with strong experience in the automotive domain—specifically Infotainment (IVI) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This role involves defining high-quality test cases, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, and providing technical leadership to ensure test coverage and traceability to requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex IVI and ADAS system requirements and convert them into clear, comprehensive, and reusable test cases.
- Lead test design activities, ensuring alignment with industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE).
- Review and validate test cases authored by peers, providing constructive technical feedback.
- Collaborate closely with developers, system engineers, and validation teams to ensure requirements clarity and testability.
- Identify gaps in requirements, architecture, and design documentation and drive resolution.
- Ensure full traceability of test cases using tools such as Jira, Polarion, or Doors.
- Support automation teams by providing well-structured test case logic and acceptance criteria.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing activities.
- Work with global teams and participate in technical discussions with stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills

Description:

- 1-3 years of experience in software testing or test case writing.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems (IVI, ADAS, connectivity, vehicle diagnostics).
- Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, Test Rail, Polarion).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to write clear instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive validation field.
