We are looking for an IT Business Enabler Manager to serve as the strategic link between Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT, ensuring that technology projects and services deliver real business value, ROI, and operational efficiency.

You will act as the bridge between the business and IT, ensuring that every technology initiative has a clear purpose, creates value, and helps our teams do their best work every day.
This role is not just about projects or systems—it's about enabling the business to grow better.
Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Language:
Advanced English (required)

Experience:

4–5 years as an IT Business Partner or Business Enabler
Strong knowledge of IT projects, ERP, and manufacturing processes
Results-oriented mindset, strong collaboration skills, and business impact focus
