Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Coordinator to oversee and optimize daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in alignment with quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and monitor daily and weekly production schedules to meet output targets and customer demand.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure operational continuity and optimal resource utilization.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, productivity, scrap rate, downtime, and on-time delivery.
Lead shop floor operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and production procedures.
Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in production coordination, manufacturing supervision, or operations management.
Strong knowledge of production planning systems (MRP/ERP).

Experience with KPI monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Solid understanding of quality control processes and safety regulations.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
