RESRG Automotive is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support hiring across our North American locations!
Your Job
This role plays an integral part in attracting and hiring professional, technical, and leadership talent—including supervisors, managers, engineers, and senior leaders—while partnering closely with HR and business leaders to support organizational growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, manages multiple priorities well, and is comfortable supporting multiple locations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role supports both ongoing hiring needs and strategic talent initiatives across the region.
What you Will do in Your Role
Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles, including supervisors, managers, engineers, and leadership positions across North America.
Partner with HR and hiring leaders to understand business needs, role requirements, and talent strategies.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for professional and leadership talent using job boards, Linked In, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate interview processes, and support offer development and negotiations.
Provide counseling and guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection, market conditions, and hiring best practices.
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation.
Comfort working in an evolving recruiting environment, with the ability to help improve processes and systems.
Support the development and implementation of recruiting tools and processes, including participation in the rollout of an applicant tracking system.
Support employer branding and talent pipeline development initiatives as needed.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting salaried roles in manufacturing.
Experience recruiting across multiple locations and job families.
Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience working with recruiting systems and sourcing tools.
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
What Will Put You Ahead
Automotive manufacturing experience (OEM or Tier1/Tier2 supplier)
Experience recruiting engineers, technical professionals and leadership roles
