5 - 6 months of internship in the Department of Quality in Huelva!

Join our Quality Team in September and ensures that San Lucar products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and freshness from the field to the customer. During your internship, you will gain valuable insight into quality management processes by supporting data analysis, reviewing quality and laboratory reports, assisting with documentation, and contributing to food safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a great opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, strengthen your Excel and data management skills, and gain practical experience within an international company passionate about delivering the best fruit experience. • You will support the management, analysis and maintenance of quality-related data and records.
• You will review laboratory analyses, certifications and quality documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• You will assist in the monitoring and validation of analytical results linked to food safety and quality standards.
• You will maintain and update quality documentation and databases in internal systems.
• You will prepare reports, statistics and quality analyses using Excel and other digital tools.
• You will support the implementation and follow-up of food safety procedures and quality standards.
• You will collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying data trends and opportunities for optimization.
• You will provide administrative support to the Quality Team in day-to-day quality management activities.
