ITG is a Joint-Ventures between Trafigura and IFM investment fund, owning and operating various assets such as ports, terminals and multimodal logistics assets chains in export driven emerging markets for both liquid and dry cargos.## Main Purpose The Graduate Programme develops Impala’s future technical and managerial talent through hands‑on experience in key operational areas.

The Graduate Maintenance role at Impala Terminals Huelva offers structured exposure to maintenance operations, plant reliability and asset integrity, following a “learning by doing” approach that combines fieldwork with participation in planning, projects and cost control.

Throughout the programme, the Graduate will build the technical, operational and leadership skills needed to take on increasing responsibilities and progress toward supervisory or managerial roles based on performance.##

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* University degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering. An equivalent degree will also be considered.
* Initial field experience of no more than 2 years. professional or internship experience in industrial, maintenance or operational environments is an advantage.
* Strong interest in maintenance, asset reliability and industrial operations.
* Strong leadership qualities with excellent social skills.
* Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills.
* Resilience under pressure and sophisticated analytical capabilities
* Proactive with a focus on finding solutions, understanding business needs and continuous improvement.
* Ability to undertake functions within an operational environment, including shift work and varying weather conditions.
* Motivation and eagerness to learn
* Proficient in English highly appreciate
* Valid B1 driving licence.## Key Relationships:

Starting as a Graduate Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely with different departments, including Operations, Safety, and Procurement, to guarantee smooth maintenance operations. You will collaborate with the General Manager and engage with the maintenance staff to promote a collaborative atmosphere that supports success.##

Key responsibilities include observing, learning and progressively supporting the following activities:
* Support the execution of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities to ensure operational dependability and availability.
* Participate in maintenance planning and scheduling activities under the supervision of senior maintenance staff.
* Gain hands-on exposure to plant equipment, inspection routines and maintenance best practices in an industrial environment.
* Assist in maintenance projects coordination, including contractors’ supervision and follow-up of timelines.
* Support the monitoring of maintenance costs, spare parts usage and critical inventory levels.
* Learn and apply IMS, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in the maintenance team.
* Collaborate closely with Operations, Safety and Procurement teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of works.
* Gradually develop leadership and coordination skills through supervised involvement in team activities and decision-making.## Key Relationships
