Audio Technician

Born out of a deep desire to connect with a new generation and make them fall in love with Ibiza – we constantly aim to disrupt Ibiza's music scene. From bringing live bands to the island back in 2005, to hosting the biggest pool parties at Ibiza Rocks Hotel , and more recently taking over the Benimussa Hills, bringing 528 to life with day to night parties.

Your role will work across these two brands within our portfolio.

As an Audio Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the setup, operation, and maintenance of all audio equipment used across our venues and events. You’ll work closely with the production and technical teams to deliver high-quality sound for performances, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally. This role requires technical expertise, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced live environment.

• Proven experience working in live events, venues, or festivals
• Strong knowledge of sound desks, PA systems, and DJ equipment (CDJs, mixers, monitors, etc.)
• Comfortable working under pressure and solving problems quickly
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Technically minded with attention to detail
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and extended hours
