Colegio Mestral, a leading private bilingual school in Ibiza, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher with excellent English proficiency to join our team on a permanent contract. Lead a class of Early Years pupils, delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Collaborate with the bilingual teaching team to ensure consistent, high-quality practice.

Communicate effectively with families regarding progress and daily routines.

Contribute to the wider life of the school and Early Years project.

Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written)

Relevant Early Years or Primary teaching qualifications

Prior experience in Early Years or similar settings (highly valued)

A caring, creative, and child-centred approach to teaching

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Mandatory: current residence in Ibiza
