Artist Liaison

Born out of a deep desire to connect with a new generation and make them fall in love with Ibiza – we constantly aim to disrupt Ibiza’s music scene. From bringing live bands to the island back in 2005, to hosting the biggest pool parties at Ibiza Rocks Hotel
, and more recently taking over the Benimussa Hills, bringing 528 to life with day to night parties. Your role will work across these two brands within our portfolio.

As an Artist Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for all artists and their teams during their time at our venues. You represent the venue and ensure each artist’s experience is smooth, professional, and enjoyable from arrival to departure. This role requires strong communication skills, a calm and confident demeanor, and a genuine passion for hospitality and live events.

• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and proactive.
• Highly organized and reliable, with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in events, artist relations, or hospitality is a plus.
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and late nights often required).
• Understanding English and Spanish is a plus.
