After a successful first season in 2025, the Tomorrow land Store in Ibiza will return for its second season in 2026! Visitors can once again explore the most delightful items from the Tomorrow land collection – from stylish clothing to must‑have accessories and jewelry. The store will continue to highlight special collaborations, including Baobab scented candles, premium JBL speakers, and more. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee while reconnecting with the magical atmosphere of Tomorrow land.

Located at the vibrant Playa d’en Bossa, the Tomorrow land Store is assembling an enthusiastic team of Sales Heroes for the 2026 season. To continue offering an unforgettable shopping experience, we are looking for energetic, proactive, and customer‑focused individuals who will help elevate the store’s daily operations.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience through warm, clear and friendly communication.
• Assist and advise customers on products, ensuring a memorable and personalized shopping moment.
• Operate the cash register and POS system with accuracy, responsibility and efficiency.
• Ensure fast and precise payment processing, including cash, card and digital transactions.
• Keep the product assortment neatly stocked, attractively presented and maintain a clean, organized store at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and report timely updates to the team.
• Maintain accurate Excel‑based records for stock, reporting, or daily operational needs.
• Work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Support general store operations with a proactive and dynamic attitude, stepping in wherever needed.
• Uphold a professional appearance and ensure that store ambiance aligns with Tomorrow land’s premium standards.

• Available during the season (April – October) for 40 hours per week and living in Ibiza.
• Strong customer service mindset and a passion for helping and advising customers.
• Experience in retail, ideally including sales, cashiering/POS handling.
• Good knowledge of Excel and administrative skills.
• Clear, friendly and effective communication style.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and professionalism.
• Team‑oriented with a positive, flexible, and adaptable attitude.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail to maintain an appealing store environment.
• Sales‑ and target‑driven approach with enthusiasm for achieving results.
• Experience with stock management and replenishment.
• Proactive, dynamic, and energetic work ethic.
• Ability to communicate well in English;
  Spanish is a plus.
