A Coruña, Bilbao, Gijón, Granada, Madrid, Reus, Seville, Valencia Professional Regular T-Systems Iberia Your Task We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) to participate in the design, development and maintenance of solutions based on business rule engines, integrated into business environments developed with Java technologies and modern web applications.

Responsibilities Analysis, design and implementation of business rules using IBM ODMModeling and management of rules, decision tables, decision trees and decision flows

Definition of governance strategies and life cycle of business rules

Integration of the rule engine with Java-based corporate applications

Participation in the evolution of service-oriented and microservices-oriented architectures

Collaboration with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into executable rules

Optimizing the performance, traceability and maintainability of ODM solutions

Your Profile We are looking for a senior professional specialized in IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) with extensive experience in business rule engines, solid Java development background, and experience in projects incorporating Angular as a presentation layer. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in enterprise frameworks, REST APIs, and the ability to collaborate with business areas to transform functional requirements into maintainable rules.

Must Have Skills Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
Advanced knowledge of Rule Designer Advanced knowledge of Decision Center Advanced knowledge of Rule Execution Server (RES)
Advanced knowledge of Decision Tables and Business Rules Advanced knowledge of management and deployment of Rule Apps Extensive  development experience with Java (Java 8 or higher, preferably Java 17/21)
Experience in enterprise frameworks such as Spring Boot Experience in enterprise frameworks such as Spring Framework Experience in enterprise frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate Experience in design and implementation of REST APIsExperience in integrating ODM with SOA or microservices architectures

Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
Participation in projects with Angular (preferably Angular 12+)Knowledge of Type Script Knowledge  of HTML5

Knowledge of CSS3

Knowledge of consumption of REST APIsAbility to collaborate in the definition and integration of user interfaces related to decision processes and rule management

Ability to interact with business areas and transform functional requirements into maintainable rules

Nice to Have Skills Participation in digital transformation projects

Experience in automation of business decisions

Experience in modernization of corporate applications

Experience in regulated sectors (insurance, banking, public administration or telecommunications)
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Technical leadership capacity

Mentoring experience of development teams
