Growth Lead; Hands

Lead Odisei’s growth by owning revenue, channels, and experimentation across both hardware (electronic wind instruments) and software (Odisei Play, our learning/practice app).

This is a hands-on role blending strategy and execution, with a clear path to Head of Growth.

🧠 What you’ll do

• Define and execute the growth strategy across B2C and B2B
• Own our hardware + software flywheel: connect the dots between instrument sales and product usage/retention in the app
• Identify and prioritise high-leverage growth opportunities: channels, pricing, bundles, markets
• Run and optimise performance marketing (Meta, Google, Tik Tok)
• Improve funnels, CRO, checkout, and conversion rates
• Lead a continuous experimentation roadmap (weekly tests)
• Collaborate tightly with Sales, Product, and Tech
• Work with our Growth Engineer on technical implementations and tracking
• Coordinate with our Marketing Manager on content and visual production
• Track and report revenue, CAC, and ROI directly to the CEO

👤 Who you are

• 3–8 years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Growth Product roles
• Strong business mindset, you think in outcomes, not tasks
• Hands‑on with data, fast execution, low ego.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Clear communicator and self‑starter
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Bonus: background or passion for music, hardware products, apps, or e‑commerce

💰 Compensation

• €30,000 gross/year fixed
• Uncapped sales-based bonus
• Realistic OTE: €45k–55k
• Role & salary review after 12 months based on impact
